Tracy was quite literally born into the appraisal field as her father has been appraising properties in the Bozeman and Big Sky areas since the late-1970's. Tracy's appraisal career began in 1998 while still a full-time student at Montana State University studying Economics. After receiving her residential certification she branched out into her own practice.
Tracy's area of expertise lies in the resort communities of Big Sky including the Yellowstone Club, Moonlight Basin, and Spanish Peaks along with the areas surrounding Bozeman. She particularly enjoys complex assignments. In 2017 Tracy obtained certification in Hawaii and hasn't looked back since!
Some of her favorite assignments have included many residences in the Yellowstone Club and an ocean-front dwelling in Wainiha on the North Shore of Kauai (where her and Chris were nearly stranded due to torrential rain and mudslides in April of 2018).
Tracy also particularly enjoys review projects and has been engaged by appraisal management companies to conduct USPAP compliance reviews that are an integral part of their state licensure.
